The Ribeye. In our opinion, the King of Steaks. You are going to love our Grass-fed Rib Steaks (Ribeye) which are locally sourced, humanely raised, and packed with flavor.
Raising beef in a pastured, single-farm environment produces the highest quality meat available. Our cattle are Grass-Fed April through December in open pastures for their entire lives and supplemented with non-GMO hay periodically in the coldest winter months.
Our grain-finished cattle are only briefly supplemented with whole, non-GMO grains to add sweet and rich marbling to the meat. They remain on-pasture throughout their entire lives and never move to a feedlot environment.
Grass-Fed Beef produces incredible tasting meat, and it also supports a sustainable and regenerative farming system with excellent environmental benefits.
